Goodbye Canada.

Well today we leave Canada after 3 months of life in the mountains. It all started with Tom Petty in Calgary and it all finished with the best Greek meal of our lives in Vancouver. We have had an amazing time over the last 3 months from Paddling Maligne Lake, Seeing the Salmon migrate up the Fraser River, Seen Grizzly and Black Bears, Moose, Bald Eagles, Orcas, Elk, Deer, Skunks, Squirrels, Chipmunks, Weasels, Lynx, Osprey, Beaver, Big Horn Sheep, Mountain Goats, Hoary Marmot, Pica's and a Porcupine. Misty had her first game of golf (pitch and putt) in Vancouver and drove the buggy around Jasper Park Lodge like a pro.

We saw Mountains, Rivers, Lakes, Waterfalls, Glaciers, Forests, Wild Flowers and the snow fall in July. We got discounted booze at the liquor store and found the best local Pizza in Jasper. We Hiked, Biked, Kayaked and sometimes stumbled our way around the Canadian Rockies and loved every second of it.

We saw Mount Robson, Robson Street, Lake Robson, Robson River, Robson Glacier, Robson Valley and still no one can tell us who this Robson character was. Even at the Mount Robson visitors centre they have absolutely no idea. I'm pretty sure he must of been a hell of a guy (or girl) and must of been able to kill a Grizzly with his bare hands.

We met lots of great people and had many laughs along the way, and glad we got to spend so much time in 1 place to really get a good feel for it. A truly beautiful part of the world and will return one day to do all the things we still didn't have time for.

So today we fly to San Francisco and spend the last 5 days of our global adventure before flying back to Oz and getting ready for a real summer where it doesn't snow 10 inches when you get to work in the morning. To all we have met along our way we say Thanks Eh! You Bet and have a Keith's.
