A few days in the mountains in a tiny little town called Potes (Por-tez) and just hiking around the mountains, sitting in the sun, eating amazing local foods and soaking up a little mountain town where we were the only English speaking tourists. We both fell in Love with Potes and will write a lot more detail when we get the chance.
